Terms of service

Article 1 (Member)

1. Member refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these terms and conditions in accordance with the procedures set forth by the Company.

2. Member information refers to information on the members attributes disclosed to the Company by the member and information such as the members transaction history.

3. These terms and conditions apply to all members and must be observed during and after the registration process.

Article 2 (Registration)

1. Membership qualifications
Customers who agree to these terms and conditions and apply for membership will be eligible to become members after completing the registration process. Membership registration procedures must be completed by the person who will become a member. Registration by proxy is not permitted. 2. Entering member information

Special symbols, old kanji characters, Roman numerals, etc. cannot be used when registering member information. If these characters are registered, we will change them.

3. Password Management

(1) Passwords are only available to the member and cannot be transferred or lent to a third party.

(2) The member must manage the password responsibly, for example by changing it regularly to prevent it from being known to others.

(3) Any expression of intent made to the company using the password will be deemed to be the members expression of intent, and all payments resulting therefrom will be the responsibility of the member.

Article 3 (Changes)

1. If there are any changes in the information provided to the company, such as name or address, the member must notify the company immediately.

2. The company shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of failure to register changes. Please note that even if changes are registered, any transactions that have already been processed before the change registration will be carried out based on the information before the change registration.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If a member wishes to withdraw from the company, he or she must complete the withdrawal procedure himself or herself. Withdrawal will be effective after the prescribed withdrawal procedure is completed.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Obligation to Compensate)

1. If a member makes a false statement when applying for membership, fails to pay for mail order purchases, or is otherwise deemed by the Company to be unsuitable as a member, the Company may cancel the members membership.

2. If a member commits any of the following acts, the member shall be liable to compensate the Company for any damages incurred as a result.

(2)Interfering with the Companys business by accessing this website and falsifying information or sending harmful computer programs to this website

(3)Committing acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the products handled by the Company.

(4)Committing any other acts that violate these Terms of Use.

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

1. In principle, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without the prior consent of the member. However, in the following cases, the Company may disclose member information and other customer information without the prior consent of the member.

Article 7 (Prohibited acts)

Article 8 (Interruption or Suspension of Service, etc.)

2. The Company does not guarantee that emails and content sent from the Companys web pages, servers, domains, etc. do not contain harmful items such as computer viruses.

3. The Company shall not be liable for any damage suffered by a member as a result of violation of these Terms and Conditions, etc. Article 11 (Amendment of these Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms at its discretion, and may also stipulate supplementary terms (hereinafter referred to as "supplementary terms"). Amendments or supplementary terms shall take effect when the revised Terms or supplementary terms are posted on the Companys designated website. In this case, members shall comply with the revised Terms and supplementary terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law, Court of Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute regarding these Terms, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of the Companys head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
