Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Please contact us if you have any requests for cancellations, returns or exchanges.

If you have not yet shipped your order, you can cancel by phone or through our contact form.
※Cancellation is not possible after shipping procedures have been completed. For items that can be returned or exchanged, please complete the return procedures after the item arrives.

Returns and exchanges are only available within 14 days of receiving the product. If you receive a defective product, we will accept returns and exchanges for 6 months.
Please check the return and exchange conditions and contact us via the inquiry form.
We cannot accept your application if any of the following conditions apply:

  • ・ If more than 15 days have passed since the product arrived
  • ・ Used
  • ・ If the delivery note, product tag, or label is detached or lost
  • ・ If scratches or dirt occur during your stay
  • ・ If a malfunction occurs due to improper use by the customer
  • ・ If the condition of the product (including the box and accessories) when you return it to us is significantly different from when it was delivered
  • ・ If the package has been opened

We cannot accept your application if any of the following conditions apply:

  • ・If you wish to return an item, please be sure to contact us via the inquiry form.
  • ・For returns due to reasons other than defective products, a restocking fee will be charged.
  • ・If the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product, if we have it in stock. If we do not have the stock available for exchange, we will refund your money.
  • ・Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the delivered product is defective or the product you received is different from the one you ordered.
  • ・The product price will be refunded to your designated bank or postal account.
  • ※Account information is required.
  • ※There are no requirements regarding packaging methods or materials for products when returning or exchanging them.
  • ※If you return a damaged item, we may refuse to exchange or return it.
  • ※In the case of returns, refunds will be made after the product has been received and inspected.
